A Lake Placid blue classic, and what a fabulous example of this 32 year old instrument.
The Standard Telecaster of this era features the 6 saddle bridge for perfect intonation and has a great build quality and beautifully finished neck. For its age this is gorgeous, there is one tiny ding on the back by the jack, shown in the pictures, and light pick marks on the scratch plate (hence the name I guess)! Fret wear is very minimal and all hardware and electrics are fine.
The Telecaster is one of those guitars that is the ultimate work horse, capable of anything and found in every genre of music from jazz to metal and all stops along the way!
