Badlands was established in 2001, although Graham and Suzy have been involved with music, bands and the Brighton scene for more decades than we like to admit to. Badlands is very much a friendly independent business with the emphasis firmly on quality of service, we pride ourselves on a large and loyal

Customer base, earned from great deals, trust and always time for advice. We sell new and used guitars and guitar related equipment in the shop as well as buying in or part exchanging gear, often at prices similar to Evil-Bay!

Along with sales we run a service center based in the shop, with work offered at very reasonable prices, as we just want you players to keep a playin'!

So anything from starter to pro, we will do all we can.

Card Payments - When payment is made through the Shopify checkout by debit or credit card, we will only deliver to the card holders registered address.

 

Shipping - We can arrange shipping on your behalf but we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage without full insurance being taken out by the customer. If any item is received in a less than expected condition this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, after which period we are not accountable for the goods. Web sales are shipped to the UK mainland only by courier.

 

Guarantees - New items are covered by statutory consumer law and will carry a 12 months manufacturers cover, any faults that develop within this period should be reported to us, whereupon we will take the appropriate action. On used items we give a 3 month cover against electrical/mechanical failure. Issues such are wear and tear, abuse or accidental damage are not covered in any way.  Pre-owned items that are not as described or faulty are eligible for a refund within this 3 month period.

 

Refund - Returns on non faulty, used goods are not generally accepted as a small independent business we choose to offer an exchange or credit against these goods. Please contact us if you are unsure of your rights or our policies regarding returns/guarantees.
